Some questions you may have -  

  • How will the driver meet me upon my arrival at the airport?

    • The driver will come into the airport approximately 20 minutes after the plane has landed. He will have a board with AIRPORTCONNECTMK on it and your name to identify himself and he will be waiting in arrivals or at another pre-arranged point

  • Where is my meeting point at the airport

    Please find list below, the driver will be somewhere around these areas.

    • Luton - the driver will call or text you and meet you in the pickup area outside the terminal. Alternatively, if you do pay for meet and greet, he will meet you outside Costa Coffee

    • Heathrow Terminal 1 - Travelex

    • Heathrow Terminal 3 - Upper class Limo desk next to Bureau de Change

    • Heathrow Terminal 4 - WH Smiths

    • Heathrow Terminal 5 - Costa Coffee

    • Stansted - by the big Taxi sign

    • Gatwick North - WH Smiths

    • Gatwick South - Marks & Spencers

    • Birmingham T1 and T2 - will wait just as you come through Arrivals

    • East Midlands - will wait just as you come through Arrivals

     

  • What if my plane is running late / will I miss my driver? 

    • No. We monitor all flights and time the pickup accordingly. 

  • Do you supply child seats?

    • No, sorry but you can use your own and take it with you. If you book a return journey, the driver will store your car seat and bring it back when he collects you. Alternatively, if you only require the one journey, we can either pick up or drop off the seat. This for a small charge, usually somewhere between £5 and £10 depending where you live.   • Why is the pick up price more than the take down price?

    • This is because of the parking charge at the airport.

  • Can I smoke in your vehicles?

    • Sorry, no smoking in any vehicles.

  • Will there be any extra charges for multiple drops offs / pick ups?

    • Possibly, please ask when booking

  • What information will I need to give when booking?

  • How do I set up a company account or invoice facility?

    • Get in touch with us and we can arrange it. We will invoice you for any journeys. You will then have 28 days to settle your account. We do not charge an administration fee for accounts or invoice facility.
