Q How will the driver meet me upon my arrival at the airport?
The driver will come into the
airport approximately 30 minutes after the plane has landed. He
will have a board with AIRPORTCONNECTMK on it and your name to
identify himself and he will be waiting in arrivals or at another
pre-arranged point.

will be somewhere around these areas. Please note you will receive
a text the evening prior to travel with the driver's name, mobile
number and type of vehicle plus the driver will contact you when
the flight has landed with either a text or phone
call.
- Luton - the driver will call or text
you and meet you in the pickup area outside the terminal.
Alternatively, if you do pay for meet and greet, he will meet you
outside Costa Coffee

No. We monitor all flights and time
the pickup accordingly.
back to topQ Do you supply child seats?
No, sorry but you can use your own
and take it with you. If you book a return journey, the driver will
store your car seat and bring back the car seat. When he collects
you, please bring a large plastic bag clearly marked with your name
and address for us to store it in. Alternatively, if you only
require the one journey, we can either pick up or drop off the
seatfor a small charge, usually somewhere between £5 and £10

This is because of the parking
charge at the airport.
