AIRPORTCONNECTMK LTD is registered
as Milton Keynes Council Operator number 25 and all drivers used
are fully licensed by Milton Keynes council.
AIRPORTCONNECTMK LTD office hours
are Monday to Friday 7am to 9pm / Saturday and Sunday 10am to 4pm.
We reserve the right to vary these times. Please note you can email
or book online outside these hours.
Under no circumstances should any
bookings, cancellations or changes be made to a driver directly,
all bookings should be made either by phone to AIRPORTCONNECTMK LTD
office or via email to airportconnectmk@yahoo.co.uk.
Cancellations will require a
minimum of 12 hours notice prior to the arranged pick up time and
must be made directly to the office by way of telephone or email.
If not, full price may be charged at the discretion of
AIRPORTCONNECTMK LTD.
Prices quoted are the price you pay
(subject to any additional drops or changes to the original
booking).
AIRPORTCONNECMTK LTD accepts
payment by Cash, Cheque / BACS (for payment of accounts only),
Credit or Debit card (Please note this will need to be paid in
advance over the phone to the office, subject to VAT).
All payments of cash must be met in
full to the driver at the end of the journey and any
disputes or complaints should be taken up with the
office.
If you cannot find your driver and
you seek an alternative method of transport without first
contacting AIRPORTCONNECTMK LTD to give us the opportunity resolve
the situation, you will be charged the full fare and any costs
incurred for parking / waiting and tolls
etc based on the service booked.
AIRPORTCONNECTMK LTD does not
accept any responsibility in any way for missed flights for
whatever reason i.e. traffic delays, accidents, breakdowns, severe
weather conditions or any unforeseen circumstances.
AIRPORTCONNECTMK LTD allow 10
minutes grace on pick up, thereafter waiting time will be charged
at 25 pence per minute.
AIRPORTCONNECTMK LTD reserves the
right to change their prices due to an increase in costs to them
(i.e. Petrol etc). We will honour any bookings already taken and
will advise all customers on booking of any price changes.
AIRPORTCONNECTMK LTD, in the event
of emergency or overbooking, reserve the right to send an outside
operator to cover the booking.
A reasonable amount of luggage is
allowed, but luggage which, in the opinion of the driver amounts to
excessive weight may not be carried. Only a reasonable amount of
hand luggage may, with the drivers approval, be carried in the
passenger compartment of the vehicle.
AIRPORTCONNECTMK LTD accepts no
responsibility for any loss or damage to property whatsoever,
regardless of how such loss or damage may have been caused. If any
property is left in a vehicle, we will arrange its return subject
to you meeting the costs to cover the postage / packing /
transport.
The route taken by the driver is at
the discretion of the driver or AIRPORTCONNECTMK LTD.
AIRPORTCONNECTMK LTD drivers hold
no responsibility for having first aid knowledge.
AIRPORTCONNECTMK LTD drivers
reserve the right to charge any extra at their discretion when any
journey differs from the original booking.
AIRPORTCONNECTMK LTD accept no
responsibility for additional charges where customer may have
withheld information deliberately or by accident (i.e. credit card
charges, charge for extra pick ups or drops, surcharges for out of
hours flights).
AIRPORTCONNECTMK LTD only advises
what time you should leave, it is the customer's responsibility to
make sure they allow enough time for their journey. It is the
customer's responsibility to make sure we know exactly how much
luggage they have so we can make sure we send the right vehicle for
their needs.
The hirer must not request or act
in any way which contravenes or causes to contravene any part of
the legislation which applies to the use of Vehicles as applied
under the road traffic act. Vehicles can only seat the number of
passengers according to that vehicle's seating capacity.
The carriage of animals is by
strict request and agreed in advance with the company. The company
reserves the right of refusal.
No smoking in any cars at any
time.
Christmas Eve from 12:00 midday,
Christmas Day, Boxing Day, New Years Eve from 12:00 midday and New
Years Day are all charged strictly at double fare (even if your
flight is late and was due in before or if you arrive at the
airport just within these times). The office will also be closed
for bookings during these times.
Account facilities are available
and all invoices are to be paid 30 days from date of invoice. This
is subject to agreement when opening an account. AIRPORTCONNECTMK
LTD reserves the right to suspend account facilities for any
overdue account until payment is met in full.
In the event of any claim against
AIRPORTCONNECTMK LTD arising out of its performance of it's
services, the Company's liability shall be limited to a refund not
exceeding the cost of the journey.
Whilst every effort has been made
to ensure that the information contained within this document is
correct at the time of being produced, AIRPORTCONNECTMK LTD regrets
it cannot accept liability for any errors or changes that may occur
after publication.
Nothing contained in these terms
and conditions can affect the Client's statutory rights.
